What you get with this RockJock Johnny Joint rod end is a weld-on joint designed for custom suspension fabrication. It features a narrow 2-inch outer diameter body and a 2-inch mounting width, with a 0.500-inch hole for the thru-bolt. This joint is built to allow for a generous 40 degrees of movement in any direction, which is significantly more than a standard heim joint. The high-density urethane bushing around the inner ball provides a cushioning effect that heim joints can't match.

The center ball is heat-treated and cross-drilled for easy lubrication through the included zerk fitting, ensuring the internals stay greased. It's held in place by two heavy-duty, heat-treated side washers and a snap ring. The outer shell is made from weldable, .180-inch wall DOM tubing, making it ready for you to integrate into your custom suspension arms or links.
