When you lift a Jeep, the axle housing moves down relative to the body, which can put the rear trac bar at an awkward angle. This bracket relocates the axle-side mounting point upward to bring the trac bar back into a more correct position, helping to prevent binding and improve handling.

What sets this bracket apart is its unique design. It doesn't just move the mounting point; it includes an extra bend at the top. This bend rotates the trac bar end back to a level position, even after you've adjusted the rear pinion angle. This is important because it stops the trac bar joint from being preloaded or pre-articulated, which can lead to premature wear. Plus, this bend also creates clearance, preventing the bracket from rubbing against your gas tank or skid plate. It bolts directly onto your factory axle bracket, and then requires some minor welding to securely anchor it to the axle housing.

The bracket comes finished in a semi-gloss black powder coat, with the weld area masked off to make installation easier. All the necessary hardware is included. Just remember, your Jeep will need a minimum of a 2 1/2 inch bump stop extension in the rear for this bracket to work properly.
