If you've got D-ring shackles on your bumper, you know how loud they can get when you're off-roading. This kit from Rugged Ridge is designed to quiet things down and protect your vehicle. It's a set of isolators and washers made from energy-absorbing polyurethane that fit around your 3/4-inch D-ring shackles.
The main isolators snap onto the outside of your shackles, preventing them from banging against your bumper or other parts of your rig. The included urethane washers go between the shackle pin and the mounting tab, stopping metal-on-metal contact there too. This means you get a much quieter ride and less wear and tear on your equipment. They're a simple bolt-on addition that makes a noticeable difference in noise.
This kit comes with enough parts to outfit two pairs of shackles, so you can handle both sides of your recovery points. The black color offers a clean, subtle look that blends in well.
