Sinister Diesel 01-10 Chevy/GMC Duramax Coolant Filtration System

This kit gives you a Genuine WIX Coolant Filter, a CNC machined billet 6061 aluminum filter block, a mounting bracket, and all the necessary installation hardware. It's designed to filter your engine's coolant while the engine is running, removing contaminants like casting sand and metal shavings. This helps your water pump, EGR cooler, and oil cooler last longer, adding years of life to your diesel engine. It fits a range of vehicles, including 2001-2010 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 and 3500 models with the 6.6L Duramax engine.

The filter block is anodized in Sinister Blue and attaches to a supplied bracket that uses factory mounting holes, so no drilling is required. The kit includes pre-assembled silicone hoses and fittings that have been factory tested for leak-proof connections. Replacing the first filter at 500 miles is recommended, with subsequent replacements at 3,000 miles each. After the initial three changes, you can replace the filter once a year. The filter itself can be easily unscrewed for replacement.
