Product Details
The 3-inch diameter, CNC mandrel-bent tubing in this Sinister Diesel hot side charge pipe is crafted from 6061 aluminum alloy. This upgraded pipe replaces the stock, restrictive piping that connects your turbocharger to the intercooler on your 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L. By smoothing out the airflow path and increasing its diameter, this pipe helps improve air velocity, which can lead to better power and lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs).
The smooth bends are precisely formed to ensure a perfect fit, and the entire assembly is TIG welded for solid construction. It connects to your intercooler and turbo using 4-ply silicone boots, rated up to 400psi, and secured with stainless steel spring clamps for a reliable seal. This pipe is finished in a polished, Sinister Gray powder coat for a clean look under the hood.
This kit includes the hot side charge pipe, two silicone boots, and four stainless steel spring clamps. Please note that this charge pipe does not fit trucks equipped with the dual alternator option.
