Sinister Diesel 03-07 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L w/ Wix (Round) Coolant Filtration System

If you're driving a 2003-2007 Ford F-250 Super Duty with the 6.0L Powerstroke engine, keeping your coolant clean is key to a long-lasting engine. Over time, contaminants like casting sand, metal shavings, and rust can build up in your coolant. These particles can reduce your cooling system's efficiency and even damage important parts like the water pump, EGR cooler, and oil cooler.

This coolant filtration system from Sinister Diesel uses a CNC machined billet aluminum filter boss that attaches to a bracket. The bracket mounts to factory holes, so you won't need to drill anything. It includes all the fittings and high-strength silicone hoses you need for a leak-proof installation. The filter itself is a genuine WIX coolant filter, which can be easily unscrewed for replacement. Sinister Diesel recommends replacing the first filter after 500 miles, the next two after 3,000 miles each, and then annually. This bypass filtration setup helps maintain optimal coolant flow while removing those damaging particles.

The kit comes with the filter block, mounting bracket, nickel-plated ball valves, silicone hoses, a molded silicone T-hose, and installation hardware. Installation typically takes about 2 hours, depending on your experience.
