Starting with 3-inch diameter CNC mandrel-bent tubing, this Sinister Diesel charge pipe kit is built to handle more airflow than your factory piping. The stock charge pipes on your 2011-2019 Ford Powerstroke 6.7L can be a bottleneck, limiting how much air your turbocharger can push to the intercooler. This kit replaces both the hot and cold side pipes, smoothing out the path for compressed air.

The pipes themselves are constructed from 6061 aluminum alloy, chosen for its strength and light weight. They're TIG welded for solid connections and then finished with a durable, attractive Sinister Gray powder coat. Connecting these pipes to your turbo and intercooler are heavy-duty 4-ply silicone boots, rated to withstand up to 400 psi, ensuring a leak-free seal under boost. To secure these boots, the kit includes stainless steel spring clamps that provide a reliable and consistent clamping force.

This kit includes everything you need to replace your factory charge pipes: the hot side pipe, the cold side pipe, three silicone boots, and six stainless steel spring clamps.
