Each arm is precision CNC-machined and is over 25 percent lighter than the stock arms, helping to reduce unsprung weight. The arms feature low-deflection polyurethane bushings with zinc-plated steel inserts, which allow the arm to rotate freely, preventing tearing and unseating issues common with rubber bushings. This design contributes to quicker response and a more positive feel from your suspension. Skunk2 also incorporated adjustable anti-sway bar mounting holes, giving you more options for fine-tuning your suspension for optimal balance.

The I-beam shape and tapered design of these control arms are the result of extensive finite element analysis (FEA) testing, specifically engineered to eliminate twisting, bending, and stress risers that can lead to component failure in conventional designs.
