These Skunk2 Lowering Springs are made for the 2001-2005 Honda Civic (non-Si models). They're designed to give your car a lower stance and a more responsive feel on the road. By lowering the center of gravity, these springs help reduce body roll when you're cornering, making your car feel more planted. They also help manage the car's weight transfer, reducing the tendency for the front to dip under braking and the rear to squat during acceleration.

Skunk2 builds these springs using SAE 9254V spring steel, which is wound on CNC machines for accuracy. After winding, they're shot-peened to relieve stress and then protected with powdercoating and a special phosphate treatment to resist corrosion. This construction aims to provide a good balance between improved handling and a comfortable ride, making them a solid option whether you're using stock or aftermarket shocks.
