Skunk2 Alpha Series Honda/Acura Stock Size D Series Valve Set (Standard Compression)

Skunk2 Racing is known for its performance engine components, and this Alpha Series valve set is a prime example of their work for Honda and Acura D-series engines. If you're rebuilding the top end of your 1992-2000 Honda Civic or 1993-1997 Civic del Sol, these valves are designed to help you get the most out of your engine. They are built to be a direct replacement for your stock valves, maintaining standard compression ratios.

These valves are forged from HNV3 martensitic steel for the intakes and EV8 austenitic steel for the exhausts, then put through a special heat-treating process to make them exceptionally strong and durable. They feature hard chrome plating and fully machined heads, with a unique dish face profile on the intake valves that's specifically shaped to improve airflow into the cylinder. Skunk2 tests all their valvetrain components in-house, both on the dyno and on the road, to ensure they perform reliably and deliver noticeable gains.

This set includes 16 valves, with intake valves measuring 30mm in head diameter and 118.5mm in overall length, while exhaust valves are 26mm in head diameter and 116mm long. They are also about 3-10 grams lighter than stock, which can help reduce valvetrain stress at higher RPMs.
