Skunk2 Racing is known for performance parts that help tuners get the most out of their engines. If you're building a K-series engine with a mechanically adjustable intake cam gear, you'll need to remove the factory VTC solenoid. This Skunk2 VTC Solenoid Delete is the part you need to cleanly block off that port.
This delete is CNC machined from solid 6061 billet aluminum, so it's strong and lightweight. It features a double o-ring seal to make sure there are no vacuum leaks, and it has a black anodized finish to look good in your engine bay. Skunk2 also added a handy M6 x 1.0 threaded hole, which makes it much easier to remove the delete later if you need to access the cam gear.
This block-off solenoid is designed to fit a range of K20 and K24 engines found in vehicles like the Honda Civic, Acura RSX, and Honda CR-V. It's a simple way to clean up your engine bay and complete your adjustable cam gear setup.
