Skunk2 Tuner Series 06-11 Honda Civic Coupe/Sedan R18 Stage 2 Cam Shafts

This product includes a new Skunk2 Tuner Series Stage 2 camshaft designed for the 2006-2011 Honda Civic with the R18 engine. This camshaft is built to optimize horsepower and torque, especially in mildly modified engines, drawing on Skunk2's extensive racing experience. It's manufactured from high-strength, hollow iron-alloy cores with hardened, wear-resistant lobes and surfaces, ground to exact specifications using advanced CNC machines.

The Stage 2 camshaft features a Fast Ramp and AMAX profile technology. AMAX technology maximizes the area under the lift curve for greater efficiency and more power across the entire powerband, while Fast Ramp technology reduces seat timing for increased cylinder pressure and torque without compromising valvetrain longevity. Importantly, this camshaft utilizes the stock VTEC economy lobe, meaning you won't sacrifice MPG during cruising loads.

With an intake duration and lift of 230 degrees and 11.38mm respectively, and an exhaust duration and lift of 236 degrees and 10.41mm, this camshaft is expected to provide an improvement of 5-10+ horsepower. Valve clearance is set at .008 inches for intake and .010 inches for exhaust.
