This Skyjacker 2.5-inch lift kit component box is built around a distinctive 2-stage dual rate long travel coil spring. This progressive variable rate spring starts with a 'Flex Rate' that offers a comfortable ride and allows for significant expansion when the suspension drops to full droop. This helps keep the springs seated and your tires in contact with the ground, even during full articulation. Once compressed past the Flex Rate, the spring engages a 'Ride Rate' for controlled stability.

Beyond the springs, this kit includes front and rear bump stop spacers that bolt onto the axle bump pads. These spacers help keep your suspension travel safely within limits. For the rear, a lower axle mount bracket is included to correct the track bar angle, re-centering the axle under the vehicle and improving suspension handling by lowering the roll center, which reduces side-to-side sway. A Dana 44 rear track bar mount brace is also part of the package, strengthening the factory mount that can be prone to failure.
