Skyjacker employs a rigorous manufacturing process that includes shot peening, where steel pellets are blasted at the springs at high velocity. This process compresses the steel's surface, increasing its tensile strength and durability. Following this, the springs undergo a presetting process where they are compressed to their solid height, removing any stress or fatigue and preventing sagging over time.
