The manufacturing process includes shot peening, where the steel is blasted with hard steel pellets at high speeds. This compresses the surface of the steel, increasing its tensile strength and durability. They are also preset by compressing the spring completely until the coils touch, which helps eliminate fatigue, stress, and sagging over time. Each spring is cycle tested to ensure quality.
