These are Skyjacker 4-inch front dual-rate coil springs, designed for 1966-1976 Ford F100, 1976-1979 Ford F150, and 1978-1979 Ford Bronco 4WD models. They are built to give you a more comfortable ride on the street while still providing the flex you need when you're off-roading.

What makes these springs unique is their dual-rate design. The first stage, called the Flex Rate, offers a comfortable ride and allows the spring to expand during full articulation, keeping the spring seated and your tires on the ground. Once compressed past the Flex Rate, the second stage, the Ride Rate, engages. These springs are made from SAE9254 spring steel, which is then shot peened to increase its tensile strength. They also undergo a preset process where they are compressed to their solid height, removing stress and preventing sagging over time. A baked-on powder coat finish helps protect them from corrosion.
