These Skyjacker Softride leaf springs are built using American steel, a solid choice for your Jeep CJ5, CJ6, or Willys. The individual leaves are shot-peened with hard steel pellets at high velocities. This process compresses the surface of the steel, which increases the spring's tensile strength. Without this, you wouldn't get the maximum wheel travel and ride quality without sacrificing the spring's lifespan.

Skyjacker uses bolt-style spring clips on these springs, which helps eliminate friction.
