Skyjacker Softride Leaf Spring

The individual leafs in this Skyjacker Softride leaf spring are shot-peened with hard steel pellets at very high velocities. This process compresses the surface of the steel, which increases the spring's tensile strength. Without this, you couldn't get the maximum wheel travel and ride quality without sacrificing the spring's lifespan. This is a progressive multi-leaf pack designed to meet or exceed the original equipment load capacity for your truck.

Skyjacker uses only American steel for these springs, and the design itself is focused on reducing friction and improving flex. Unlike other designs that use C-style clips which can cause binding, these Softride springs use bolt-style clips. They also taper over the entire length of the leaf, creating more flex at the ends. This tapering helps distribute loads more evenly across a greater area, reducing the chance of one leaf digging into the one above it. This updated design changes how the load is handled, leading to a better ride and longer spring life.

This leaf spring is sold individually. If you're replacing springs on your Dodge W250 or W350, it's generally recommended to replace them in pairs to ensure consistent handling and load distribution.
