Snow Performance 07-17 Cummins 6.7L Diesel Stage 2 Boost Cooler Water Injection Kit w/o Tank

This kit from Snow Performance gives you the components to add water-methanol injection to your 2007-2017 Dodge 6.7L Cummins. You'll get the progressive VC-50 controller, which also functions as a 52mm gauge, along with two water-methanol nozzles. It also includes all the necessary high-temperature nylon tubing and quick-connect fittings for installation, but it does not include a separate tank for the water-methanol mixture.

The Stage 2 Boost Cooler is designed to help lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) by 100-300 degrees and can increase horsepower by over 65. The VC-50 controller is the heart of this system, allowing you to precisely manage the water-methanol delivery based on boost pressure. You can adjust the start and full points of injection to match your engine's specific needs, ensuring you get cooling and performance benefits across a wide boost range for improved drivability. The controller itself is a 52mm gauge with a 7-color OLED screen that can display boost pressure, percentage of injection, secondary nozzle activation, a prime button, and even two fault codes. You can even customize the screen colors to match your dash.

This system is recommended for daily driven 6.7L Dodge Cummins trucks that do some light towing. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. For a complete setup, you will need to source a separate tank for the water-methanol fluid.
