This Stage 2 Boost Cooler kit from Snow Performance uses a progressive VC-50 controller, which is a 52mm gauge that also functions as your water-methanol controller. It commands two nozzles to inject water-methanol proportionally based on your engine's boost pressure. You can adjust the start and full points of injection to match your Duramax's specific needs, allowing for improved cooling and performance across a wide boost range for better drivability. This kit is designed for Chevy and GMC Duramax diesel trucks, including models like the LBZ, LLY, LMM, LML, and L5P.

The VC-50 controller is a standout feature, integrating a boost gauge with a water-methanol controller into a single, easy-to-read unit. Its 7-color OLED screen can display boost pressure, percentage of injection, secondary nozzle activation, and even fault codes. You can customize the screen colors to match your dash or choose a mix-and-match scheme. This system is intended to lower Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGTs) by 100-300 degrees and can increase horsepower by over 65, contributing to a cleaner, cooler-running engine. It's recommended for daily driven Duramax trucks that do light towing.

This kit includes high-temperature nylon tubing and quick-connect fittings for a cleaner installation. Please note that this kit does not include a tank, so you will need to source one separately. It is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
