Snow Performance Ford Stg 2 Boost Cooler Water Injection Kit (SS Braided Line/4AN Fittings) w/o Tank

This kit from Snow Performance gives you the components to add water-methanol injection to your Ford 7.3, 6.0, 6.4, or 6.7 Powerstroke. You'll get the progressive VC-50 controller, which also functions as a 52mm boost gauge, along with two water-methanol nozzles. It also includes stainless steel braided lines and 4AN fittings for connecting everything. This setup is designed to help lower exhaust gas temperatures and increase horsepower by providing a cleaner, cooler running engine.

The Stage 2 Boost Cooler uses the VC-50 controller to manage the water-methanol injection based on boost pressure. You can adjust the engagement and delivery points to match your engine's specific needs, ensuring you get the right amount of mixture across a wide boost range. This proportional delivery helps improve drivability by providing consistent cooling and performance gains. The VC-50's OLED screen is customizable with seven different colors and displays boost pressure, percentage of injection, secondary nozzle activation, and even fault codes, making it a functional and informative addition to your dash.

This kit is recommended for daily driven Ford Powerstrokes, especially those that do some light towing. It's important to note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California. You will need to source a separate tank for the water-methanol mixture.
