Snow Performance Stage 2 Boost Cooler 94-07 Cummins 5.9L Diesel Water Injection Kit

This kit gives you everything you need to get started with water-methanol injection on your 1994-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins. You'll receive the main components for the system: a high-pressure pump, two water-methanol nozzles, a high-flow solenoid, a check valve, and a large 7-gallon tank. This setup is designed to help keep your engine running cooler, especially when you're putting it to work with light towing.

The heart of this system is the VC-50 controller, which also functions as a 52mm boost gauge. It uses a seven-color OLED screen to show boost pressure, how much water-methanol is being injected, and if the secondary nozzle is active. You can adjust when the system starts injecting and how much it delivers based on your engine's boost pressure, allowing for a smooth, proportional delivery of the cooling mixture across the entire boost range. This updated control means you get improved drivability along with the cooling and performance benefits. The kit includes red high-temp nylon tubing and quick-connect fittings for a cleaner installation.

This kit is made in the U.S.A. and is recommended for daily driven 5.9L Dodge Cummins trucks that see light towing. Please note that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
