This kit from Snow Performance gives you everything you need to add water-methanol injection to your diesel, except for the tank itself. You get a 3-quart high-flow check valve, braided stainless steel line, a 300 PSI UHO pump, and an LED alert system. It also includes red, high-temperature nylon tubing and quick-connect fittings for a clean installation. This system is designed to help lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs) and increase horsepower, especially in diesel engines running high boost pressures.

The Stage 1 Boost Cooler is built for diesels that see heavy throttle use and high boost levels. It features an adjustable boost pressure switch and dual nozzles that start injecting water-methanol once your engine reaches 30 PSI of boost. The engagement point is adjustable, and a 30 PSI Boost Hobbs switch is included to control the system. This setup is a cost-effective way to gain up to 65 horsepower while keeping your engine temperatures in check under demanding conditions.

This kit is recommended for competition diesels and any high-boost application where managing EGTs is critical. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
