Alcantara looks and feels like suede but requires a different cleaning approach than standard fabric or leather — using the wrong product can mat the fibers, leave residue, or permanently alter the texture. Sonax formulated this cleaner to address that.

The foam lifts dirt and stains out of the material without saturating it. Spray the foam onto the dirty area, gently rub with a damp sponge, let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes, then rub again and allow the surface to dry. Once dry, vacuum or brush the fibers to restore the original soft, suede-like nap. Beyond alcantara, it works safely on standard carpet, textile seats, and other upholstered interior surfaces.
