SPC Performance 00-09 Subaru Outback Rear Adjustable Toe Arm

It lets you adjust the rear toe angle, which is crucial for proper tire wear and handling.

You can get about 1 degree of toe adjustment in either direction, which is often enough to correct issues after lowering a vehicle or replacing suspension components.
