This SPC Performance alignment sleeve is what you get when you need to dial in the camber and caster on your 1980-1998 Ford F-250, especially those with the twin traction beam DANA 44 axles. It's a straightforward way to make adjustments of up to 1.50 degrees to either camber, caster, or both simultaneously.
The process involves removing the wheel, cotter pin, and upper ball joint stud nut to break the taper. You'll then use a sleeve puller to remove the old sleeve and install this new one. For split adjustments between camber and caster, simply rotate the sleeve 45 degrees. The sleeve comes with a clear zinc coating to help resist corrosion, keeping it working well for a long time.
You'll need one sleeve per wheel, and a sleeve puller is recommended for installation. This part is designed to make alignment adjustments more accessible for your truck.
