This SPC Performance sleeve is designed to make that process straightforward. It allows you to easily change both camber and caster by up to 1.50 degrees at each wheel, helping you dial in your alignment after suspension work or if you're experiencing uneven tire wear.
These sleeves are made to fit the updated axle design Ford introduced in 2005 on their heavy-duty trucks. You'll need one sleeve per wheel for the adjustment. The manufacturer suggests using their 23229 zero-degree sleeve first to figure out exactly how much adjustment you need before installing the correct degree sleeve, like this 1.50-degree one.
