It's designed to easily change your camber and/or caster settings by up to half a degree, which can be crucial for correcting alignment issues on trucks like the Ford F-450 and F-550 Super Duty models equipped with Dana Super 60 solid axles. You can even split the adjustment between camber and caster by rotating the sleeve 45 degrees.
To figure out exactly how much adjustment you need, SPC suggests using their zero-degree sleeve (part number 23239) first to determine the correct degree sleeve to install.
