If you're working on the front end of your 2005-2025 Ford F-250 or F-350 Super Duty and need to dial in your alignment, these SPC Performance sleeves are a straightforward solution. Ford updated their heavy-duty truck axle design starting in 2005, and these sleeves are made specifically to correct camber and caster on those models.
Each sleeve allows for an adjustment of up to 1.75 degrees for both camber and caster, letting you fine-tune your alignment settings. You can adjust one or both at the same time. For determining the exact amount of adjustment you need, SPC recommends using their zero-degree sleeve (part #23229) first to figure out the correct degree sleeve for your application. You'll need one sleeve per wheel for the front of your truck.
