When you're working on the front end of your 1980-1998 Ford F-250, F-150, Bronco, or F-350 with a Dana 44 Twin Traction Beam axle, getting your alignment dialed in can be tricky. This SPC Performance alignment sleeve is designed to help you make precise adjustments to your camber and caster angles. It's a well-built component that allows for a change of 0.25 degrees, which can make a notable difference in how your truck handles, especially if you're dealing with uneven tire wear or steering pull.

The installation process involves removing the upper ball joint stud nut and breaking the taper. You'll then use a sleeve puller to remove the old sleeve and install this new one. For the most accurate setup, SPC recommends using their zero-degree sleeve (part 23109) first to determine the exact adjustment needed before installing the correct degree sleeve. You can also rotate this sleeve 45 degrees to split the adjustment between camber and caster, giving you more flexibility in tuning your alignment. The clear zinc coating helps resist corrosion, keeping the sleeve functional for a long time.
