This 2-1/4 degree camber and caster sleeve is a popular choice for many Ford and Mazda rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive trucks. When you need to make precise adjustments to your alignment, especially after suspension work or to correct tire wear, this sleeve is a straightforward way to get it done.
Installing this sleeve is pretty simple. You'll loosen the upper ball joint pinch bolt, remove any snap ring, and then use a sleeve puller tool to remove the old sleeve. You can even use a zero-degree sleeve first to help determine your starting point before installing this 2-1/4 degree sleeve. It's designed to make alignment adjustments quicker, saving you time at the shop. Keep in mind that the adjustment range might be a bit less on 4WD Ford and Mazda light trucks and SUVs.
