SPC Performance 3/4 deg. FORD CAM/CAS SLV

If you're working on a Ford truck with a Dana 44 Twin Traction Beam axle, like your 1980-1998 F-250, and need to dial in your alignment, these SPC Performance adjustment sleeves are a straightforward way to do it. They let you make changes to your camber and caster angles, giving you the ability to correct alignment issues that can crop up after suspension work or just from normal wear and tear.

The key here is the 0.75 degrees of adjustment each sleeve offers. You install them by removing the upper ball joint stud nut and then using a sleeve puller to swap out the existing sleeve. SPC recommends using their zero-degree sleeve (part 23109) first to see what adjustment you need before installing the correct degree sleeve. You can even split the adjustment between camber and caster by rotating the sleeve 45 degrees, which is a neat trick for getting your alignment just right.

These sleeves come with a clear zinc coating to help them resist corrosion, keeping them working well for a long time. Just remember, you'll need one sleeve per wheel, and a sleeve puller tool is recommended for the job.
