These sleeves are made to work with the updated axle design Ford introduced in 2005 on their heavy-duty trucks. You'll need one sleeve per wheel to get the adjustment you're looking for. If you're unsure about how much change you need, SPC suggests using their 23229 zero-degree sleeve first to figure out the best setting before installing this one.
