SPC Performance 67-73 Ford Mustang 1st Gen Adjustable Upper Control Arm & Caster Rod

This kit from SPC Performance gives you a pair of adjustable upper control arms and caster rods, designed to update the front suspension on your 1968 to 1973 Ford Mustang. It also fits a range of other vehicles from that era, like the Mercury Cougar and Ford Falcon. These arms are built to help your classic Mustang handle better, especially with modern radial tires, by improving how the wheels return to center after a turn and allowing for more precise alignment settings.

SPC has incorporated the 'Shelby Drop' geometry into the billet aluminum cross shaft, which helps optimize the camber curve for improved cornering. You can dial in your camber to -2.00°, -1.00°, or 0.00° using the included shims for fine-tuning, and the kit also adds a built-in +3.00° of caster. The control arm pivots use maintenance-free xAxis™ Sealed Flex Joints for a tight and responsive feel on the road. For caster adjustment, the kit features adjustable caster rods with high-durometer, OE-style bushings that protect the chassis mount, making adjustments as straightforward as on later model Fords. These arms are designed to work with either your original spring and shock setup or an aftermarket coilover kit, and they include a stock-style ball joint and all the necessary mounting hardware.
