It's designed to replace the original equipment bushings, allowing you to rotate the new eccentric bushing to achieve your desired alignment settings. This is a solid option for many Dodge W200/W300 pickups from the 70s and 80s, Ford F-250/F-350 trucks from the 70s and 80s, and Chevy/GMC K1500/K2500/K3500 trucks from the late 80s and early 90s.
