This is the SPEC Stage 3 clutch kit, specifically designed for the 2015 through 2017 Ford Mustang equipped with the 2.3L EcoBoost engine. If you've pushed your EcoBoost Mustang beyond the limits of a stock clutch, or are planning significant power upgrades, this kit is built to handle the increased demands. The Stage 3 kit features a high-performance sprung six-puck clutch disc paired with a performance pressure plate. The six-puck design offers a larger friction surface area compared to a standard disc, which helps dissipate heat more effectively and provides a strong engagement. While it offers a more aggressive engagement than a stock clutch, the sprung hub design helps to absorb some of the shock, making it more manageable for daily driving than an unsprung version. This kit is rated to hold approximately 600 crank horsepower, making it suitable for modified EcoBoost Mustangs that are seeing a substantial increase in power.

Included in this kit is the SPEC pressure plate, the six-puck sprung disc, and a pilot bearing. You will also receive a high-quality alignment tool to ensure proper installation.
