This is the Spectre Universal Mass Air Flow Sensor Adapter, part number 81403. It's designed to let you mount an air filter with a 4-inch inlet, or a 4-inch intake tube with a coupler, directly onto your vehicle's mass air flow sensor housing. This adapter is useful when you're upgrading your intake system and need a clean way to connect your new filter or tube to the MAF sensor.
