ST XTA Plus 3 Coilover Kit 2018+ Ford Mustang (S-550) w/o Electronics Dampers

The ST XTA Plus 3 coilover kit is designed for the 2018-2024 Ford Mustang (S-550 chassis) that doesn't have factory electronic dampers. This kit offers extensive adjustability to fine-tune your suspension for both street performance and track challenges. It's built with KW dampers, a well-known name in performance suspension, giving you the tools to dial in your car's handling precisely.

What sets this kit apart is its 3-way adjustable damping. You get 24 distinct clicks for both high-speed and low-speed compression adjustments, plus 18 clicks for rebound. This level of control allows you to adapt your suspension to various conditions, whether you're dealing with uneven roads, track corners, or changes from adding a roll cage or modifying wheel loads. The ride height is adjusted using a seamless thread on the galvanized strut housing, making it easy to set your preferred stance even after installation. The composite spring perch, made from a wear-resistant polyamide with a stainless-steel insert, helps prevent oxidation and ensures smooth adjustments.

ST Suspensions builds these coilovers by hand at KW's facility in Germany. Each damper is tested on a dyno to ensure it meets proper force specifications before being boxed. The kit includes linear race springs for consistent response and aluminum unibal top mounts that improve steering feel and allow for camber adjustments. The galvanized steel housing on the struts offers good resistance to corrosion, and the kit comes with an elastomer bump stop that includes integrated dust protection to keep dirt and water away from the piston rod and seals, further enhancing durability.
