If you're looking to fabricate custom exhaust headers for your 2015-2017 Ford F-150, this kit gives you the high-quality materials to get the job done right. This kit comes with everything you need to start building, including twelve J-bends and two formed collectors, all made from 304 stainless steel. The tubing measures 1-5/8 inches in diameter with a .065 wall thickness, and each piece is CNC mandrel bent to ensure consistent curves and smooth transitions for better airflow. You also get two 3/8-inch thick CNC laser-cut flanges, which are precision cut for a solid mounting point. Two filler diamonds are included to help you connect the tubes seamlessly. Because it's made from 304 stainless steel, you can expect excellent corrosion resistance, especially important for exhaust components.

This kit is proudly made in the USA. For welding, we recommend using 308L SS welding rod. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
