The tubing measures 2-1/4 inches in diameter with a .049 wall thickness, and all the bends are CNC mandrel bent. This process ensures that the inside diameter of the tubing stays consistent through the bends, which helps maintain smooth exhaust flow and avoids kinks that can restrict performance. You get four 4-foot straight sections, along with four each of 45-degree, 90-degree, and 180-degree bends. Each piece has one end expanded, making it easier to slip-fit and weld together.
