This kit features all tubing made from 304 stainless steel, which is a great choice for exhaust work because it holds up well against corrosion. Each piece is CNC mandrel bent, meaning the bends maintain their diameter without kinking, which is crucial for keeping exhaust gases flowing smoothly. You get 2-inch diameter tubes with a .065 wall thickness, a common size for many custom exhaust projects. The kit comes with four 4-foot straight sections, plus four each of 45-degree, 90-degree, and 180-degree bends. These are all butt-weld style, meaning you'll need to join them yourself using your preferred welding method and appropriate 308L SS welding rod. No expanded ends are included, so you'll have full control over how you connect these pieces to your existing system or other components.
