If you're building a custom exhaust system from scratch, this kit gives you the foundational pieces you need. It’s designed to help you create a system that flows well, whether you're working on a classic car, a hot rod, or a custom project.

Every tube in this kit is CNC mandrel bent, which means the bends maintain a consistent diameter without kinking. This is crucial for optimal exhaust flow. The entire kit is constructed from 304 stainless steel, chosen for its excellent resistance to corrosion, so your custom exhaust should hold up well over time. Each tube measures 2 inches in diameter with a .065 wall thickness, a common size for custom exhaust fabrication. The kit comes with four 4-foot straight sections, four 45-degree bends, four 90-degree bends, and four 180-degree bends. To make assembly easier, each tube has one end expanded, allowing for a slip-fit connection with other components.

When you're ready to weld this system together, Stainless Works recommends using 308L SS welding rod. This kit is proudly made in the USA and comes with a lifetime warranty. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
