Product Details
This Stainless Works cat-back exhaust system is designed for your 1998-2002 Ford Crown Victoria or Mercury Grand Marquis with the 4.6L engine. What you get is a complete system starting with flanged leads that connect directly to your factory exhaust manifolds or Stainless Works headers. From there, the 2-1/2 inch tubing flows into an X-pipe, then into dual chambered turbo mufflers. The exhaust then continues through over-axle leads and exits through dual 3-1/2 inch polished factory-style tips.
The tubing is CNC mandrel bent, which helps maintain consistent diameter throughout the bends for optimal exhaust flow. This entire system is constructed from 304 stainless steel, known for its excellent corrosion resistance, and all welds are TIG welded for strength and durability. The mill finish on the stainless steel means it's ready for installation as-is or can be polished to a shine. This setup is designed to connect directly to your factory exhaust flanges, making installation more straightforward.
