If you've put a 4 to 9-inch lift kit on your 1978 or 1979 Ford F-150, you'll need a longer brake hose to accommodate the new suspension geometry. This rear brake hose from Superlift is designed specifically for that purpose. It's built to handle the extra length and stress that comes with a lifted truck.
