Sylvania's SilverStar line sits between the basic replacement bulb and their top-tier Ultra, giving you a meaningful visibility upgrade without the price jump. This twin pack includes two H13/9008 halogen headlight bulbs that produce brighter downroad light and a whiter beam compared to standard factory bulbs.

The brighter output comes from a specially designed filament paired with a proprietary halogen gas mixture, while a blue ceramic coating on the glass shifts the color temperature to 4000K. That whiter light improves contrast on the road, making lane markings, signs, and road edges easier to pick up at night. The bulbs run at 55/60 watts on a 12.8-volt system and drop directly into any H13/9008 socket with no wiring changes or modifications.

Sylvania rates these as DOT and SAE compliant, so they are street legal. The twin pack is the way to go since headlight bulbs should be replaced in pairs to maintain even light output across both sides. Sylvania includes a 1-year limited warranty on the set.
