This Tein PMA06-AS280GR-L is a front left upper pillow ball mount designed for the 2013 and newer Subaru BRZ (ZCA chassis) and the 2017 and newer Toyota 86. It's specifically intended for use with Tein VSQ54-CUSS4 coilovers.
Pillow ball mounts replace the stock rubber upper mounts with a spherical bearing. This change stiffens up the connection between the chassis and the suspension, which can lead to more direct steering feel and improved feedback from the road.
