Trimbrite Blackout Tape
I used this to cover my chrome trim. Reason I did this was because I wanted a more "stealth" look to the car and the chrome seemed too flashy. Upon receiving this tape I thought it was not going to look good at all, but it completely blends in with the car (my car is black) and is very very subtle. I encountered some tricky spots as the chrome curved, I just cut off the piece and added another and went on from there.
