The front of your 2003-2010 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4 can gain 2 inches of lift using upper coil spring spacers. This method helps maintain the factory ride quality while allowing for slightly larger tires and more fender clearance. In the rear, cast iron lift blocks are installed below the factory leaf springs to achieve the same lift height.
