This is the Tuff Country SX8000 Nitro Gas shock absorber, a well-built unit designed for lifted full-size trucks and SUVs. It's a popular choice for applications like the 1999-2004 Ford F-350 Super Duty with a 2-6 inch rear suspension lift, but it also fits a range of other heavy-duty vehicles from Dodge and Ram.
The SX8000 uses a twin-tube construction with a 5/8 inch piston rod.
