Turbosmart BOV Controller Kit (Controller + custom RacePort) Blue

This is the Turbosmart BOV Controller Kit, which includes their electronic controller and a RacePort 50mm Vent to Atmosphere (VTA) Blow-Off Valve. It's designed for diesel engines or performance engines that don't have much vacuum, giving you control over when and how your blow-off valve releases boost pressure. This setup is great for making those distinctive turbo noises while managing boost effectively.

The RacePort blow-off valve itself is built from solid billet 6000 series aluminum and features a 50mm inlet that can flow over 330 cubic feet per minute, which is a lot of air. It uses a unique locking collar for a secure fit and has a positive sealing valve seat to prevent leaks. The valve guide and stem are MILSPEC hard-anodized for durability, and the diaphragm is made from a hi-temp proprietary silicon Nomex material. You also get twin 1/8 NPT reference fittings for connecting boost lines and a quick-release V-band clamp for easy installation. The design was optimized using CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) to ensure it works efficiently.

What sets this kit apart is the electronic controller. It manages the pressure signal going to the blow-off valve, allowing for adjustable sensitivity and duration. This means you can fine-tune how the valve operates, ensuring it opens and closes at the right times for your specific setup. The kit comes with five user-configurable spring options, so you can match the valve's cracking pressure to your engine's boost levels. Keep in mind that this kit is not CARB approved and cannot be shipped to California.
